The calculators do not store what you type, so most visitors have no personal data with us beyond what our host processes to deliver the site. If you emailed us, signed up for the newsletter, or had an account in our earlier beta, these rights cover that data.
Your rights
- Access — ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Portability — ask for that data in a portable format.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data, including a beta account and its business data.
- Restriction and objection — ask us to limit how we process your data, or object to it.
- Withdrawing consent — unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the link in any newsletter, or ask us to do it.
How to make a request
Email support@cleverlio.com. For a beta account, write from the email address you signed up with so we can verify it is yours. We will reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to a supervisory authority: the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH, Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information), naih.hu. You can also complain to the authority where you live or work.
