Service Price-List Maker
Enter your services and prices — fixed, from a price, per unit or on request — and see the finished price list as you type. Download a PDF in A4 or Letter to print or email, or PNG images to post online. You set every price; the maker only lays them out.
What services do you offer, and at what prices?
You enter the prices; this tool lays them out. It does not work out what you should charge.

How prices appear on your list
- Fixed price — shown as the amount, for example $120.
- “From” price — shown as “From $45”, so customers know it is a starting price.
- Per unit — shown with its unit, for example “$55 per hour” or “$18 per 100 m²”.
- Contact for a quote — shown as those words, never as 0 or free.
- Add-ons — listed under their service with a plus sign, for example “+$25 per load”, so they read as extras.
Every page shows your business name, the date the prices take effect, your pricing note and the page number, so a single page shared as an image still makes sense on its own.
Before you publish
- Work out your prices first. The Job / Service Pricing Calculator shows what a job needs to cost to cover your costs and margin.
- Say whether prices include tax in the pricing note. The tool does not add or calculate tax.
- Set the effective date, and keep earlier lists so you know which prices a customer saw.
- For a specific job, send a quote rather than the price list.
Privacy
The PDF and images are made in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Your logo is resized on your device. While you work, a copy is kept in this browser tab only and removed when you close the tab or select Clear form; save a draft file to keep it.
Common questions
Does this tell me what to charge?
No. You enter your own prices and the tool lays them out. To work out a price from your costs and the margin you want, use the Job / Service Pricing Calculator first.
What is the difference between a fixed price, a “from” price and a per-unit price?
A fixed price is what the customer pays for the service as described. A “from” price is the starting price; the list shows the word “From” so customers know the final price can be higher. A per-unit price is charged per hour, per room, per square metre or another unit you name, and the unit is always printed next to the price.
Can I list a service without a price?
Yes. Choose “Contact for a quote” and the list says exactly that. It is never shown as zero or as free.
What happens if I change the currency?
Only the symbol changes. Amounts are not converted, so check every price if you switch currency.
Why does a long list export as several images?
Each page becomes its own image at full size, so the text stays readable on a phone. Squeezing a long list onto one image would make the prices too small to read.
